Terms of Service

  • Commercial use is x3 the original price.

  • Upfront payment, only accepting Paypal at the moment.

  • Holds are allowed (3 days max, 6 days if payment is +$60)

  • Refunds aren't allowed after the sketch is done.

  • A sketch WIP will be sent beforehand. For animated commissions, An additional WIP with coloring and shading will be sent as well.

  • A High-res version and a Low-res version of the art will be provided (+MP4 file for animated commissions (Full res), can provide transparent versions too if asked)

  • I use commissions as an art example or post it on socials. If you're uncomfortable with that, consider picking "Private Commission" option when ordering.

  • Edits and adjustments as long as it's not completely changing the design (Ask if uncertain!)

  • Trading, reselling and gifting is allowed

  • Upselling is not allowed (Unless you have additional commissioned art of the custom)

  • Feel free to commission any type of art (NSFW is alright too) or use for RP

  • Uploading them to Toyhou.se is heavily preferred since it's easier to keep track of (I tend to create their profiles there then transfer them to you)
